General FAQ

Yes, yes we can. We enjoy building brands for the future and can help them in many ways. A project may seem overwhelming until you have the right solution. We can put things in perspective and offer our artwork and web solutions that you may not considered. We are problem solvers and brand creators.

If you run a small business then we are happy to assist you with any branding requirements that you need to launch your business. We too have been there and have started small and understand the new challenges your business may face in the digital world. If you are a large organisation and would like to have any of our branding services then too we would be happy to assist and provide our services.
Currently, we only accept the following; Direct Bank transfers to our Business Bank Account and PayPal transfers. We do not accept any other payments or cheques.

Customers are able to see your services, buy your products and are able to contact you. Your website empowers your marketing strategies allowing you to steam ahead and reach more people and increase your target audience.
Yes we do. We can redesign your existing website, taking advantage of new technologies and introducing new features to improve functionality and user experience. We can redesign your website retaining your company corporate style or we can redesign to give you a complete new style.
We all know someone who designs web sites as a hobby but does the site really give praise to your business name? We have often found that websites created by those who are not fully involved in the industry lacks the creative flair, features and functionality that your brand deserves and more importantly, your website does not have the professional look. Your site might be hard for web site visitors to navigate, the pages might take too long to load and may turn potential customers away. We are a proven branding agency with years of experience and have extensive knowledge in designing graphics, page layouts, fonts and colours schemes.
There is no flat line cost across all our website or branding services. Each website quotation is tailored to what you require and how many hours it will take to develop. This also applies to any artwork that we produce for your project.
We aim we aim to complete withing 4 weeks, depending on the requirements and scope of your website or branding project. You will be able to check the progress of your project by visiting the Client Portal and seeing the percentage tracker for your project. The most common delay in the creation of a new website is waiting for content such as text and images to be sent to us by the client.
All our websites are created with search engines in mind and the website design is compliant with search engine guidelines. We will ensure that your website will have the keywords required for your industry. We register your website with Google, Bing, Yahoo and other search engines and also add tracking from Google Analytics. We do aim to place you as high as possible on the Google rankings, but with all SEO things we cannot guarantee first place on first page. Our clients often find themselves on Page 1 for the keywords they have provided to us. We also provide a Google Adwords service to assist your listing on Google and also provide social management which also boosts your SEO Score and Google ranking.
We can carry out modifications and update content for you free for the 6 months. There will be a support charge depending on the volume of changes required after that period which will be set out in your yearly letter from us. We do encourage our customers to get acquainted with their website to make text based changes.
Yes we do, we provide our own domain and hosting services which allows us that extra freedom with setting up emails and website platforms, knowing there are no call centres or overseas support teams.
Yes you can have up to 10 email accounts for your website and we can set these up and configure them on your devices.
Your website visitors will see some things differently depending on their browser, screen resolution setting and their individual computer settings. For example, your website visitors will be viewing on a range of devices, such as Laptops, Notebooks, Macbooks, iMacs, Desktop PC's with small monitors or large monitors and of course mobile phones. We design our websites with in mind that everyone can viewing your website on different devices.
No! We do not provide pop ups or marketing banners on your site. We only add the copyright at the bottom of your page that links to our website.
There are no hidden costs. We will always go ahead with the fixed price from the quotation. If you require any extra features or require us to do tasks not in the original project scope, we will inform you of the costings before proceeding. Each start of the year/and tax year we will send out a letter informing you of your next domain & hosting renewal date and costings.
Projects less than £500 will require the amount in full before we begin the project. Projects over £500-£1200 will require 50% deposit before the project starts. The remaining balance is paid upon job completion. Projects over £1200 will require a payment schedule depending on the stages of the project. Unless specified within your Contract or Project Agreement, our general invoices are to be paid within 14 days. We do allow a 30 days for larger projects.
Should you chose to, you may move your website to another web hosting service at any time. We will provide access to the new company who can login and transfer the domain/emails and website away. We will not transfer it away ourselves.

Graphic Design FAQ

If you would like to us to carry out your branding requirements then please contact us. We will arrange a meeting that is convenient for you to learn about your business, target audience and website and branding requirements. We will then provide a competitive quotation and outlining the project stages. Once you are happy with our proposal, the development can begin.
At our initial introduction and consultation meeting, we will be able to discuss your project goals and requirements. At this stage we will be able get a feel for your business and learn your business ethics and models. Once we have enough information, we can then begin the crafting and designing stage. Our designers will be able to draw up some mockups and send them to you for your feedback. You choose the look you are happiest with and we take it from there – tweaking and refining the design as required. Once you are completely happy with the graphic design and have approved it, we finalise the design. We then prepare your artwork so it it will be print-ready at commercial printers of your choice, or by us. Your artwork can also be provided in high resolution for online use.
We have a team of in-house designers who will create your artwork based on the project brief you have given us. The artwork will be created from inspiration and style that you have chosen.
We will provide you a login to view your Client Portal which will display any open projects you have. You will receive notifications from us during the stages from our designers and automatically by our system informing you of an update. Inside your project folder you will see the files that we have uploaded and you can provide your feedback to us either there, or by phone or email.
You will be given a proposal and contract that will discuss this in more detail. However, for this FAQ, all approved web images and high resolution images purchased from us are 100% yours once the project is fully complete and paid for. All items that have not been paid will not be emailed to you in high resolution and will remain ownership to us. We retain copyright for all the master artwork original source files. These files do not get sent to you or a commercial printing company.
All artwork for print is supplied in high res vector format such as .PDF or .EPS in either 300dpi - 1200dpi depending on the project. This ensures that no quality is lost when the artwork is enlarged or reduced. If you want to use your images for web & social media purposes, then we will gladly supply your files in JPG or PNG for uploading online.
At your request, we will provide the artwork files to you in a number of ways that you prefer. Ideally we would like you to login to your Client Portal and download the files there. Alternatively, we can upload the artwork to DropBox, WeTransfer, or by email.
